LOTR: war of the ring "play" cd and BW5

VSO Software Discuss, LOTR: war of the ring "play" cd and BW5 at Burning Software forum; I have a problem trying to make a working back-up of the "play" cd of the LOTR: war of the ring. I have a problem trying to make a working back-up of the "play" cd of the LOTR: war of the ring.

Specs: BW5, DVD Writer: sony dru510a, CPU: Pentium 4(2.6Ghz), 1Ghz cache, MOB: Asus p4c800 deluxe, HDD: maxtor 120G , Video card: Ati all-in-wonder 9700pro.

Problem: Tried three times to copy under BW5 with default settings but to no avail. Copied with no errors in the log but when inserting to play, it only spins for about 20sec. and stops with no result. I wonder what I can do to rectify this and if I should have any other plugins or something. Any help would be great.
