Hello,
I need some help here...
I recently tried to burn a blindwrite image (ver 4.9.9.104 beta)
and the newer versions no longer work for me.
When I try to read a new cd image (halo which worked fine before) ...now all I get is no drive activity and the program hangs there.
I also tried to burn my original image from the beta version and it still hangs up..
I reverted my system to when I had ver. 4.9.9.104 installed and all is well...
I then "upgraded" to the newest and it no longer works.
Help!!

My system has an Abit Ic7max3 with a liteon 40x drive on the
serial port with the seriell 2 adapter.

Thanks,
Dave

If you are a registered owner of Blindwrite 5 then you need to contact support, the registration was changed in version 105 and higher

Thanks for the help so far.

Can you still get the log even if it just locks up?

I am a registered user....bought the version 5 only....do I need
a new registration file for every update??

I also removed my reg info and tried the trial install and still
just hangs there....no cd drive activity....nor can I burn from
my exsisting image that was created from the earlier version.

Thanks so far......

Just scroll to the VSO folder and look for Blindwrite5 the log is inside the folder, it should be no problem to copy and paste to notepad.

Thanks for the help everyone....I did solve it.
Seems the new one doesn't like my Seriell 2 converter now....tried to put my liteon the IDE cabble instead and it works!
The converter shows up as SCSI and is no longer working with Blindwrite 5...oh well, I just put my DVD slot reader on that!
