Compilation CD ?

Alcohol Discuss, Compilation CD ? at Burning Software forum; I am using a trial version of Alcohol 120 and I am impressed so far ! What I want to do is copy my favourite tracks from 3 CD's on to 1, is there a tutorial on how to do this anywhere. I have read the helpfiles but it doesn't

Alcohol isn't really meant for that purpose. Something like Nero or the free software (Which I like) CD Burner XP Pro

Just thought I'd add that the Alcohol team are going to add Pre-Mastering (make a CD) support to Alcohol 120%.

I have read about update/support issues, before I commit to purcashing the software any ideas when this feature will be added.

They haven't announced a release date. Last I heard it was in the beta stage, but that doesn't tell us much.

Also, how come you don't like Nero. It's one of the best burning programs around. Guess you could have a look at Padus Discjuggler if you don't like Nero.

I'd rather they work on the new protections than duplicate functionality found in every single mainstream burn app.

That's wierd. I've used Nero from v5.0 through the current 6.3.1.20 and haven't had issues like that. Have you checked your system for spyware/adware? Have you checked for viruses? Made sure you have all the latest critical updates for Windows? Checked your ASPI layer? Make sure you don't have too many open programs in the background as well, as that can cause issues.
