Scattered Pixels or Grey Screen & Fragmented Audio

greetings
i have successfully used anydvd and 1 click dvd copy to duplicate over 200 dvds.
but now, i am suddenly having the same problem repeated with only two particular dvds: orlando & revolution os.
i have looked through many threads here, but found none that directly applies to my situation or that could offer solutions for what i am experiencing.
i have attempted copying and burning three times now. each time the dvd player recognizes it as a dvd-video and then... nothing.
no sound. no picture. no menu. just a black/blank screen.
the original dvds play flawlessly.
it is not a write speed issue, as i decreased it to 8x with the same result.
and it is not a burning issue - when i attempt to playback the vob file on my puter with vlc...
for orlando: i get a plain grey screen with severly fragmented audio.
for revolution os: i get extremely broken up & scattered monochrome and rainbow-colored pixels and the same severly fragmented audio (choppy..or as if someone is turning volume all the way up down up down so you can't really make out what is being said).
i am using 1click pro 4.2.1.3 & i have all options checked except dual layer and dts audio.

has anyone else ever experienced this issue?

any ideas/information/possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Try updating your 1 click. I believe you are using an old version. This may help you as there have been several fixes since 4213

thank you, for the helpful and (what should have been) extremely obvious advice.
i promise i am not chromosomally-challenged.

updating anydvd & upgrading 1click put everything right again.

lol......... i agree with an update but to which version theres a new update almost everyweek now i cant keep up so i have reverted to a oldish version untill the cprx finds its feet and settles, this is getting crazy

anydvd is a great program no doubt and they are on the ball but even slysoft doesnt update this frequently and MAN THAT IS SAYING SOMETHING!!! in a good way too

As of 1ClickDVDCopy v4.2.9.7 and 1ClickPRO v2.2.2.2
You may disable the CPRx - if using AnyDVD

1Click >> F3 > "Yes" to disable .
PRO >> Right Click on 'interface' >> menu options


They have been working very hard on these programs .
It's great to see such a dedication to excellence !
