please help i am running on my computer a program called ImToo DVD copy when i send my asi files to be changed to dvd it takes forever like 4 to 5 hrs then up pops a wind which asks me to install a disk to the drive i am using dvd+r dl verbatium i then comply and the program keeps opening the dvd drawer saying to install a disc like what i have put in then just keeps rejecting it its as if it does not reconizes that it has a dual layer disc and then wont go to burn can anyone suggest what is wrong and how to fix my problem i use xp OS if you have a fix please make it simple as i am a learner on my computer
