Dvd Copying Problem

I Copy and burn DVD'S easily in my computer from the DVD store. I use SlySoft to break the protection code.

However, so far i have noticed this. I rented this movie called "Chronicles of Narnia" and i could not copy it to my computer even after using SlySoft. It says "INVALID BLOCK CODE". I usually use Clone DVD to copy to my hardisk with SlySoft. I tried using Nero, Shrink and it still doesn't copy it says "INVALID BLOCK CODE".

From what i gather, i think a different method of copy protection has been enabled by the manufacturer for this movie. I tried borrowing this movie from so many other stores with this same movie and it is the same. This is the seond time i am facing this problem.Last time i rented "MADAGASCAR" it had this same method of COPY PROTECTION. SlySoft couldn't help break the portection using any software like CloneDvd, Nero, Shrink etc.Does anybody know any software tool etc better than SlySoft that can break the copy protection for such DVD'S?

slysoft is the company an dis not a program.

are you talking about anydvd?

if so, what version of anydvd are you using?

the latest version (6.0.1.1) takes care of that title and any of the even newer releases just fine

Perhaps you should do something rash like buying your own legal original and then we might be able to help you make a back-up copy.
