clonedvd and xp error reports

Movie copy software Discuss, clonedvd and xp error reports at Software forum; Hi, have been using clonedvd 1.3 with no problem when the 30 days ended i paid for v.2.1 big problem, have tried update and bug fix but no good just windows error reports. Any ideas please. Have email elby many many times with no reply.

    I think you've got the wrong product, old chap.

    The current version number of the real CloneDVD is 1.3.12.1
