hello

can anyone help me with this one please , i have been using canopus pro encoder for some months now with no real problems at all , now i have found this error message popping up a small way into a project " inactivity timeout detected conversion was aborted " , does anyone have any idea why this has suddenly cropped up or how i resolve and stop it continuing ?
