CD and DVD Writers Discuss, Quest for a great drive for scanning at Computer Hardware forum; Since my Benq 1655 starts refusing to test certain media at certain speed, I'm thinking of change it with a new unit dedicated to scan only. I wish I knew from your experience what's the best burner for scanning DVD SL & DL (and optionally CD) easily available on market.

Thanx for your help.

Thanx for those precious informations.
I think I'll wait till iHASx20 is largely available, hoping that Jitter scan will be supported. I know I'll have to give up scanning CDs that way.
Honestly, I would like to be able to get some Benq 1650/1655 yet, but they seems quite impossible to get.
