    Welcome to the Forum.

    From the information provided in your #4 posting the “Prodye” Media you are attempting to use is actually DVD+R DL RICOHJPN D01 Media.

    It has been discussed numerous times throughout the Forum that the ONLY DVD+R DL Media that consistently produces quality error free results is Verbatim DL MKM001/MKM003 Mitsubishi Kagaku Media. ALL other DL Media is considered suspect and should be avoided (not used).

    In short discontinue the use of your known poor quality problematic “Prodye” DVD+R DL RICOHJPN D01 Media and ONLY use Verbatim DL MKM001/MKM003 Mitsubishi Kagaku Media.
