Hi, Previously, my LG GSA-H55N DVD Drive was able to read all the DVD Formats. But after re-installing my windows XP, it reads on DVD5 Format. If i insert any DVD9 disc, i can see the LED blinking but after a few minutes it stops without reading. I am able to access the drive but it is empty.

Explain in detail exactly what ‘DVD9’ you are referring to.

Is this particular ‘DVD9’ you are referring to an original Commercial Manufactured DVD Movie or is this particular ‘DVD9’ you are referring to a personally recorded DL DVD disk?

If this particular ‘DVD9’ you are referring to is a personally recorded DL DVD disk what is the Media MID (Manufacture ID and Media Code) (Example: TYG02). To obtain the Media MID (Manufacture ID and Media Code) (Example: TYG02) of the particular ‘DVD9’ personally recorded DL DVD suggest using a utility software program similar to DVDInfo (http://www.dvdinfopro.com).
