| When a drive reports a read error in audio mode, according to EAC, it is an uncorrectable C2 error, that is a CU error. According to Feurio, it is just a C2 error, corrected or not. Which one is right ? Do Plextools Pro or K-Probe (I can't use any of them because I don't have the suited drives) distinguish between C2 and CU ? Plextools does make the difference if you have the good drive for it (eg Premium). As for K-Probe, the author always denied to explain what was measured. |
