I should just let Kerry56 respond but this should get you started.
It's obvious you haven't downloaded & installed the necessary auxiliary software .
The Inspect.exe you posted tells me this.
Do that & your MSCOMCTL.OCX problem should be solved as the correct one comes with BD Rebuilder.
Read these again paying extra attention to this after you get the other software installed :

Hi Cholla, thanks for your reply as i am nerd on IT thing so i really appreciate what you have suggested. I have done that but the BDRB said cant run this version of BD rebuilder requires AVISNTH v2.5.7.0 or above and you are running vUNKNOWN. I dont know what this mean when i try to do what Kelly taught. Seem like my pc is not suppporting it. As for the link you have given me i will try it out now. Thanks Cholla.

@_chef_ Rudeness is not tolerated in the forums. You know better than to respond in this fashion. This is yet another warning to you.

@baitfish18
You obviously don't have the correct versions of the auxiliary programs installed. Follow cholla's advice and read through the information in the links he provided. If you are using Windows XP, Vista or Win 7, Avisynth will run on your computer.

Hi Kelly,

I am sorry if i make a mess up with your forumer. Yes Cholla give me good advice and link which i read up. As my english is not so good and lack the knowledge of IT it make me hard to understand some parts. But i did try whatever i know from the reading and now it is different error came out which i think i am a step further. This time it said my BDRB requires AVISYNTH v2.7.0 ot above but my running is vUNKNOWN. Can you tell me what is vUNKNOWN and how shall i make it known to the BDRB. Thank you Kelly!

@ baitfish18 , You will need to install several auxiliary softwares .
The Inspect.exe shows you need all of them .
I don't know why but it even shows this "BD-RB vUNKNOWN, not current ".
So the first thing you need to do is download the latest version of BD-RB .
I'm running Vista so my scan doesn't have any WIN7 errors.
This is my scan & I know it shows one error . This is intentional on my part.
- Windows Version: 6.0 [6002]
- AVISYNTH Version: [2.5.8.0], Ok
- HAALI Splitter: [1.11.288.0], not recommended version
- FFDSHOW: [3882], Ok
- FFDSHOW VC-1 set to "wmv9", Ok
- FFDSHOW MPEG2 set to "libavcodec": Ok
- FFDSHOW AVC set to "libavcodec": Ok
- BD Rebuilder v0.40.0.8, Ok
- X264: Ok
- AFTEN: Ok
- FAAC: Ok
- MP4BOX: Ok
- WAVI: Ok
- TSMUXER: Ok
Download this :
http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/Avisynth_258.exe
"Save as" the Avisynth_258.exe to your "Downloads" folder .
Right click on the Avisynth_258.exe & Select "Run as administrator" .
It may have some choices but unless you know that you want to make changes let it install without making changes.
Reboot your computer.
Now run the Inspect.exe again .
The AVISYNTH Version should now be correct.
You need to repeat this with each program that Inspect.exe says you don't have.

Click on this link to get the correct version of AviSynyth: http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/Avisynth_258.exe

FFDShow: http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/ffdsh...0613_clsid.exe

Haali Matroska Splitter: http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/MatroskaSplitter.exe

Download and install all three of these programs.

Then make sure you have the latest BD Rebuilder version, which you can download here: http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/BD-RBV04010.zip

Once you have everything installed, look in your list of programs and click on ffdshow-->Video Decoder Configuration and set things up as I described in my guide. Really, I can't explain the setup in this thread any better than what I did in the guide, so follow it on setting things up.
