Hola boys and girls.

Truong has enhanced CDTool with reading of C2 pointers
and RAW DAO packed sub mode experimental writing,
he fixed a couple of writing bugs: SPTI; Pioneer and
some other burners were prevented from working.

CDTool now ignores sense error "UNIT NOT READY,
LONG WRITE IN PROGRESS" (code: 02/04/08).
CDGTool has also been adapted to handle
.sub files as an additional input format.
