Burning Software Discuss, TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B problems! at Software forum; My TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B was working just fine until I tried to install the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 (original version, store bought!). After finishing 56% of the installation the system froze, and I had to restart. Since then the cd drive does not recognize any cd's or dvd's at

I have the same problems as you. The difference is that it does not recognize only CDs. It still reads DVD disks.

My DVD Drive is : TSSTCorp CD/DVDW TS-L532M

Have you got any idea why this is happening?? I have tried everything - from uninstalling and then reinstalling the drive to resetting the whole system - but nothing works...!
It seems to me that it's some kind of hardware problem, but I'm not sure how to find out if I'm right. Any ideas?

i think it's a hardware problem.

Geeez, forgot to put in the Error mess.

<Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)>
