Problem in Burning CD/ DVD with Nero 7 premium : Hardware is Matshita UJ-810

i have sony vaio noteook PCG FRV 28 with a matshita uj-810 dvd-r burn installed. I have Nero Premium 7 installed in the notebook. The burner is giving so many errors while writing CDs. Some times it do burns DVD-R but not CDs. General errors it shows are

1 Power Calibration Error
2 Buffer Under Run
3 Unspecified Track error
