The updates have always worked on OEM, version for version, but the bundled OEM serial determines the functonality.

I'd be surpised if it gives you any more than OEM features, even if the name updates to "Reloaded".

NOT sure if it fully updates to reloaded think maybe it just turns version6 into version 6.6 retail regardless it still improves the standard version of nero6 an express
the updates contain new versions of each application
so its worth doing any way its free!
