Dvd Decrypter stops and Blue Screen Appears

Burning Software Discuss, Dvd Decrypter stops and Blue Screen Appears at Software forum; Hi all, After installing the DvD Decrypter and inserting the source DVD to load into my Harddrive, the blue screen pops up. It freeze up. I had to restart the computer and try again. What is causing this problem? Anyone know? i try searching for the forum about this but

Hi all,

After installing the DvD Decrypter and inserting the source DVD to load into my Harddrive, the blue screen pops up. It freeze up. I had to restart the computer and try again. What is causing this problem? Anyone know? i try searching for the forum about this but nothing pops up. Please help. I newly install Windows so I don't think its the Windows Apps.
