The difference is that BM posted drive is an OEM whereas the Frys version you get a retail drive. You get 4 screws, may be SATA cable, documentation and a CDROM with the retail version whereas the OEM version you only get the bare drive. Most of you guys dont even need the accessories that come with the retail price. And both drives carry 5 yrs warranty since seagate just extended their warranty for OEM drive from 3 yrs to 5 yrs.
