that's why I mentioned the 1.5mb buffer,B4 I posted the deal I checked all the other drives and they had a 2mb buffer, which I thought was the standard.
by the way my SH-223F was nothing until I ran it through

I wouldn't buy that drive if it was $20.99 with a $15.00 rebate and free shipping
much less at the price of $35.99. Those 22x Samsung's sure do make great paper
weights I know because I have a 223F paper weight here.

If I were buying a new drive right now it would be more than likely a Sony/Opti if none other than
for their DL burning which the Samsung drives really do fall short in that area.
