Vision 4 annoying problem

I have my resolution set to 600x800. When I open vision 4 the buttons at the bottom of screen are hidden, normal window or maximized, also have tried to resize window with the arrows on sides. If I change screen res higher I can use these buttons. Anyone know a fix that I can use without changing res back and forth? TIA

Try using the properties to auto hide the Taskbar. Mine are visible with that out of the way.
