Plug in for Nero 6 DVD-Video Dolby Digital?

Oh I am so frustrated..

Now Nero Showtime will not play the audio on my DVD's because it says it needs, "DVD-Video Plugin for Dolby Digital 2-Channel".

Does anybody know what that means and how I can get it so it will play my DVD's

After forking out for what I got I cannot afford to now buy a plug in

If you bought Nero, then you should have the plugin. It comes with it. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Make sure you are changing the cd key during setup to your purchased key. It loads the demo key unless you change it.

dont know about that, i bought nero 6 and it also tells me i got to buy a 25 dollar plug in -__- i even upgraded to 6.6. . worth it though, just search torrents trust me they are out there.

No, the DVD Video Plugin is included with all properly licenced versions of Nero 6 Ultra Edition and Nero 7 Ultra Edition.

If you are using either, you must make sure that you install NeroVision. This is in Download Package 2 for Nero 6 and part of the default installation of Nero 7. This plugin is part of the NeroVision install.

If you just installed Download Package 1, you didn't get the plugin installed. If you didn't change the serial number during installation to your paid licenced serial number, you also didn't get the full plugin, only the trial version. With Nero 7 the installer Title Bar will change from Nero Demo to Nero 7 Ultra Edition after you type in the paid for serial number.
