Nero Vision Express problem

Nero & InCD Discuss, Nero Vision Express problem at Burning Software forum; I am trying to use this program to capture video footage, via my capture card. when i click record, it only records 10 frames and then stops? Even when i set it to record for three hours, still only ten frames i cant find a solution, ive been through all

i cant find a solution, ive been through all the settings i can find,does anyone know what this might be? pulling my hair out here!
