Click your "my computer" "Right Click Nero Scout" Options, @ top UNTICK--Enable Nero Scout....But if you want it Running!! (God forbid!)..Leave it alone.

remove with
regsvr32 /u "%COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\Ahead\Lib\MediaLibraryNSE.dll
in START - RUN
