Nero freezes every so often (??)

Hi everybody, my first post here, been reading various forums here for a while though . Anyway, down to business. I'm using Nero 6.3.1.10 , Windows XP, and Nero freezes on me intermittently at the end of a burn. I've already tested with both a Samsung SW-252 and the NEC 2500A, happens on both with both CDs and DVDs. It freezes just before it starts to write Lead-Out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Abit IC7-MAX3 (875P) motherboard
IDE1 master: NEC 2500A
IDE1 slave: ZIP 100
IDE2 master: JLMS XJ-HD163
IDE2 slave: SAMSUNG SW-252S
P4 2.6GhZ
1GB RAM
3 HDDs:
WD 74GB Raptor - ICH5R
RAID 1 2x160GB WD - FastTrak 100TX2
