| I have a PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-109 dirve with firmware 1.57. Im having this problem more and more now. I dont know whats causing it. I have attached a screen shot and a error log file from nero ver. 6.6.0.13 All im trying to do is make backup copies of my digital photos. This error happens at random. I also using Fujifilm CD-R 40X "made in japan" discs. Some help would be greatly helpful!! Thanks!!  Here is the log file......Screen shot is below. | This is not my strongest area but there haven't been any other responses thus far - It might be worthwhile trying these suggestions: Disable Weatherbug and DVD43 (at least while burning) Slow down your burning speed |
| In addition, is your Pioneer running in "Ultra DMA Mode 4" (pls.check in Device Manager). It might prefer to be installed as Master to the DVD-ROM, and not as Slave as it is now. Make sure to use 80-wire IDE ribbon cable (you can't get UDMA4 otherwise). |
