I have done everything they requested, but it still will stop during fourth cd. Nero will not give back my money. They even have my rw/dvd as a compatible hardware. It has latest firmware. Nero Backit up not working in winxp sp2. Nero has giving me many excuses. I have done everything they requested, but it still will stop during fourth cd.
Nero will not give back my money. They even have my rw/dvd as a compatible hardware. It has latest firmware. Anyone have any ideas. It says error reading data. Invalid write state HL-DT-ST rw/dvd gcc-4240n\HO TO.
I am not sure what the HO TO mean they are not included in my rw/dvd name anywhere. Thanks Andy
