MPEG 4 problem

Nero & InCD Discuss, MPEG 4 problem at Burning Software forum; usualy when i try to add an file to burn it as an movie dvd a message apears it says somthing like this "due to patent restriktions mpeg 4 decoding isn´t available buy or download nero retail package" i have downloaded and installed several plugins. please help nero is realy
