    I don't think so. I install the InCD4 and InCD Reader from the Nero OEM Suite and they won't work with Windows XP x64. I also download the InCD-4.3.14.1 form Nero's website and when I try to install it, it says:
    "This InCD version does not support Windows 64-bit operating systems. For more information please visit our Web site."

    This means that there is no packet writing software for Windows x64 at the moment.
    Lazy software developers...
