How do i change a .img file to iso file?

There's a few apps that can do this, UltraISO, WinISO and a few more but i find UltraISO works best for me, click on the links below for more info.

Any particular reason for wanting to do this? If it's just to burn it then get DVD Decrypter (www.afterdawn.com).

well i turned it into a iso and still after i burn it mi game wont work 4 ps1 i had the game but it got all scratched up so im tryin to burn it megaman legends2 btw and wen i buen it and try it it stops at playstation screen anyone wanna help? (btw i broke mi pinky i kan hardly type)

You can rename the .img>.iso with F2 and it works
