after i burn it mi game wont work 4 ps1 i had the game but it got all scratched up so im tryin to burn it megaman legends2 btw and wen i burn it and try it it stops at playstation screen anyone wanna help?

Playstation discs are copy-protected by a process which allows nero to make a copy but not an exact copy. That's why it won't work. If you want to make working copies of PS1/PS2 discs, Nero is not the way to do it. If nero could do it, they would be taken to court by Sony -- and Sony would win.
