| "test range error" with KProbe Hello, When I try to run the KProbe test (2.4.2) it says to me "test range error" and I can't run it. I've tried with a princo dvd-r 4x and a TDK cd-r without any luck . Where could that come from ? Any ideas ?

| Re: "test range error" with KProbe Select Auto Detect in Test range. Are you running the test on empty discs?

| Re: "test range error" with KProbe I got this error once and didn't understand it, either. It was on a +RW disc that had data. I wonder if this is also related to the servo error. While I am on the subject of the servo error. First, let me say that I really appreciate Karr's hard work and prefer KProbe over DvdInfoPro or CD-DVD Speed but... This servo error continues to be a pest. I get this error consistently on +RW discs and it appears to be when KProbe tries to read past the end of the recorded data. On the same discs, DvdInfoPro and DVD Speed both show the end of the data and stop there. I really wish Karr would fix this bug. |

| Re: "test range error" with KProbe Yes, I attempted to start the test on empty disks, I thought it had to be done on empty disks, that's stupid of me, I didn't pay enough attention I was a bit busy :P. Thanks for the answer, now it works with non-empty DVD lol !
