Lightscribe sys sw v1.14.17.1 Lightscribe template labeler v1.10.23.1 Getting a Lightscribe Drive Error (shortened below): An error with selected LS drive has occurred. Please restart app & try again. If occurs reboot and try again (4225) Nero Cover Designer v3.2.3.0 error: Print process failed An internal error ocurred I use HP lightscribe dvd Tnx |

If you can do LightScribe on a different drive from this PC, then it is likely the affected drive has a fault. I would try uninstalling the LSS and the Labeling application and then reinstalling both. If you still have trouble, the LightScribe Diagnostic can provide useful info. superhero |

| Hi: Here is a screenshot of diganostic tool, I already reinstall the applications (latest version) and the problem persists (sorry for the english :P)  |

| Just a shot in the dark, but do you have the LS disk upside like it is supposed to be?
