problem with Ashampoo Burning Studio 6
| LiteOn / PLDS / Sony Writer Discuss, problem with Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 at CD and DVD Writers forum; my lite-on 20A1S can't burn DVD by using Ashampoo Burning Studio 6.5 it show error at last even sometime it can burn , the disk can't read by my DVDRW but my LG 4163B haven't got this problem( same DVD & file ) any lite-on 20A1S user have this problem |

| What's yuor chipset on mainboard? 20A1S is a SATA burner, and SATA optical drives on non-Intel boards are usually troublesome. Try to update mb's bios, SATA drivers, and using imgburn to burn images.

| OK...I try to update mb's bios later my chipset on mb is NF4 but my 20A1S 100% work with Nero6 & Alcohol 120% |
| I believe it might be a problem with Ashampoo Burning Studio and the SATA drive. I'm using a 20A1S with a NF4 mobo without any problems what so ever but I don't use Ashampoo Burning Studio 6.5 so I can not say for sure. You might want to check with Ashampoo's web site and see if they have any information or updates for SATA drives. |
