    Media is Taiyo Yuden 16X -R VALUELINE 100 Pc. @ 24X
    The Lite-On handles this mediocre batch (GH000125) better than Optiarc AD-7241 at this speed. Both drives mounted in eSATA enclosures.

    Eternity 4x DVD+R Plasmon1 C01 @ 8x

    Not a bad result for this cheap crap. All the drives struggle with the TRT, but most usually drop the read speed around 2.5gb with a 16x TRT. It managed to get to over 16x before dropping.

    Very good , especially when you compare it to the Pioneer 117 4x burn.

    Verbatim MCC 02RG20, 8x media burned at 16x, OS and SB on, 20x TRT

    For this burn I had FUJIFILM03 renamed to MCC 02RG20 but I doubt it made any difference to the burn, as it was overspeed and used HT/OHT.
