LiteOn External Slim Burner

Anyone have any experience with LiteOn's external slim burners? I was thinking of picking one up for my Thinkpad, but I can't find any reviews. Thanks.

I don't think that many people buy these drives... you might have better luck if you expand the query to LiteOn slimtype burners in general, as the external ones *should* perform the same as the internal ones. I could edit the thread title if you wish.

I bought yesterday for my T41. I can't find a dvd burner for it because the the bay omly accepts 9.5 mm drives and nobody sells those. Just throw an extra battery in there.

I have a LiteOn external 832s. It's not slimline though. Works great!
