| HP DVD1260i to liteon Hello I today got HP dvd1260i. System telling this as HP DVD1260T with Firmware BH21. It is with mediatek chipset. Let me know any firmware update or how to convert it Lite-ON? |

| Re: HP DVD1260i to liteon I have the same drive , i took apart the dvd drive and found that chipset was - Mediatek MT1839LN. It seems to be a clone of "Lite-on IHAS124-B". |
