| Yes, you can do that with the Omnipatcher. Load your firmware, apply the needed patches, change the media speed (by using "buttons" on the right) save your firmware and flash it with Litefirm. btw, I've read it's not so good to burn at non certificates speeds rewritables media.

as you can see the Media Codes doesn't include SONY000000U9 so how do i modify the generic media codes from x1 to x2 and i think this media support x2 speed from Media Information it state Media Id Code Speed 2.0x 2770KBps Available Write Descriptor CLV 1.0x 1385KBps |

i don't see a option for modify generic speed with omnipatcher. |
| There is no way to change the generic speed with OP. And despite what the media report says, I think that this Sony -RW might be 1x-rated. In the firmwares that properly support this media code, it is rated at 1x.

RW overspeeding usually doesn't produce great results, but you'll never know for sure until you try. Just be careful to not try RW overspeeding on +RW, as +RW discs can be permanently ruined whereas -RW is more resilient... or at least, that's what I've heard. I haven't personally tried any sort of RW overspeeding.
