| Forget Customer Service from Lite-On or Benq Seems that no companies are offering customer service these days. Buy something and if it doesn't work, either return in or toss it. No chance of getting help from companies today. Calling Tech or Customer Service may get you a minimum wage telephone person. There's no way to get past them if your problem requires extra help. I've just spent days trying to get through to Lite-On and Benq and have found these companies, like Ebay, Paypal, and most others have insulated themselves to prevent anyone talking to someone higher in the company. Just try and reach someone in corporate offices to complain about poor service or products. They have better security than banks! |
