    Could be an ASPI problem. ASPI is needed on Windows 98/ME and older. Try installing ForceASPI and maybe some Adaptec versions too...

    Hi Dave,

    I've had problems with ASPI issues in the past, but I sucked it up and headed over to Adaptec and downloaded the most recent aspi drivers . . . everything went fine, it installed without issue and now the book type setting program works like a charm!

    I get the same problem with winME
    and Kpobe won't work either.
    (full install of Kprobe)

    Just download and run ForceAPSI v1.8
    reboot and everything wll work!
