Hi, I did some quality scans on some new Ritek media that recently made it's way to Fry's Electronics. I was having issues burning these DVDs. The device buffer, no matter what I tried, kept fluctuating from 0 to max through the entire burn. I tried a different brand disc and everything was normal. So I decided to do some quality scans using the PlexUTILITIES software. Here are the results, can anybody interpret them for me?

Please use 4x/8x read speed and PI Sum 1 settings for BLER Scans.
