Problem reading DVD with PX-712A

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what the problem is with my PX-712A. It can read some DVD discs but it won't be able to read some DVD discs also. Currently I'm trying to read a disc, it works great when I put the DVD movie into my PS2, but when I put it into my computer, the system does not detect the disc. Here is the info from PXinfo. Any help would be great.

If the same disc became readable after reet there is a problem with your ASPI layer; if not there is a chance the disc is faulty burnt - maybe the first track begins outer than normal start reading position.

Do you use Nero and Roxio together. Uninstall Roxio and only use Nero.
