For whatever reason, the firmware strategy doesn't seem suited to these. |

Shouldn't they be the same?! |

I'm not sure what that's about... |

| Continued from post #761. I wanted to see what my BenQ and Lite-On drives had to say about the burn, and while both of them show something at the same spot, the severity differs according to the scanning drive. Either way, it didn't affect the TRT. |

| The POEs of those three MCC 03RG20 are a bit high IMHO, but I agree and like the low PIE of those MiI discs.

If you mean my posts, there is just one, and two MCC 004. ![]() Anyhow, for burst test those POEs are actually uncritical, and don't affect the readabilty of those discs. |

If my opinion is of any credibility I must say those MCC 004 are just of decent quality and the MCC 03RG20 have POE that's too high even for mid to low-quality MCC 03RG20. Are these values normal for your PX-760A? I find it quite a bit high for such a great burner and media combination...

Anyhow, the difference between the MCC 03RG20 and the 2nd MCC 004 in maximum POEs is just 1 (259 vs. 258), so how come you say the MCC 004 are of decent quality, and the MCC 03RG20 is too high in POE? |
