| Very nice Two Degrees. I guess I should have stated that the first scan posted in a new thread should leave some room for improvement.

| Plextor PX-712A 1.07 burned at 8x; 4405 MB burned to disc; PoweRec On Plextor DVD+R 16x (YUDEN000 T03 00) TH000021; Made in Japan See this post for the actual scans. This one is equal to Two Degrees' scans above in my opinion, but since we're using different drives for the scans it's impossible to know.

Discs were made in Taiwan by CMC Magnetics, lot number ZD4845-DVR-I47C. Last edited by Two Degrees; 23-07-2006 at 05:34. Reason: Added LiteOn scan |

| Burner: PX-712UF TLA #0103 Firmware: 1.09 Media: Maxell 4x DVD-R Inkjet Printable MID: MXLRG02 Burn Speed: 4x Stamper Code: N/A Hub Serial: H06YH134 (Not sure about all the digits/letters) AS: N/A PR: On Burning Software: PlexTools Professional LE V3.13 Got a box of 10x5-packs of Maxell 4x -R printables off ebay. These discs are MIJ of course, have the short serial numbering system and have a stack ring on top and bottom, which suggests they were made on the premium lines. Honestly, it doesn't look like there is any advantage to 4x media. |
