| Anyone tested the 1.03....? Looks like we have to begin the comparsion between Premium and Premium II again

| The zip file I downloaded from EU site is protected by password. "plextor" seems the password, at least works for me. BTW, you can download password free version zip from JAP site. |

| Why password protect a FW that is linked on the Plextor public website? I mean... what's the point? Is this usual? Did it happen before with other FW's? Does it mean it's still not officially released? |

| Well... at least I was able to find what the password is on my first try... Still... should I upgrade the FW to 1.03? Is it an official release (with the Password)? |

| I know that... but what's the story with the password?  I've had Plextor drives for some 15 years... never seen a FW update with a password on it...  1.02 has no password... Why put a password on 1.03? Is there a reason? Maybe it's still being tested? |
