Firmware Discuss, khypermedia burner at Computer Hardware forum; I have a khypermedia burner dvd+rw 8x4x12.There is no firmware for this does anybody know what other firmware will work for this.T box says it is made in Malaysia it cost me $70 at office max.

I have the same drive. If it says Malaysia it's a Benq 800a. But I can't get Benq firmware to update this drive - it says can't upgrade this version. Nice drive though I can't use - R discs unless I can find some firmware.
