Whats the different between High Quality and Super Long Play Quality?

Newbie Forum Discuss, Whats the different between High Quality and Super Long Play Quality? at Starters forum; I downloaded season 1 of Digimon for my little cousin, I could only fit 3 episodes on a single 4.7GB DVD, but I changed the quality now i can fit 14 episodes on one DVD. Is there any different between High Quality and Super Long Play Quality? Oh yeah im

I downloaded season 1 of Digimon for my little cousin, I could only fit 3 episodes on a single 4.7GB DVD, but I changed the quality now i can fit 14 episodes on one DVD. Is there any different between High Quality and Super Long Play Quality? Oh yeah im using Nero StartSmart to burn it off with. Like is the sound worse or picture? I'd like to know before I go ahead with it and burn it off. Thanks!!
