Make an image of your original and use a virtual CD Rom such as Daemon Tools to load the image.

If you have CloneCD, uninstall it, since VTMB detects cd burning applications. After this you'll not be asked to turn it off anymore.

Having Alcohol 120% installed is fine, I don't know if it's the same for Daemon tools. I have Alcohol 120% myself and I don't have problems mounting the image and play.
