Question: USB stick to play movies? (Store 'n' Go U3 USB Flash Smart Drive (1GB) )

I have downloaded two movies to this stick...Play well in all computers....Plug into USB on TV it says jbp not found...Any help????

First off what TV are you using??? And sounds like the TV doesn't recognize that format. Have you read your TV manual to what the USB port on it recognizes??? What is the full name of the movie??

Very good questions from coolcolors - I know my DVD recorder (which is where I plug in my own USB stick), only supports certain media formats.

So a look at the manual would be a good idea to begin with.

Mitsubishi cseries WD65C8...Movie name EXCAPIST klaxxon...TV says it shows jpeg pic slide shows....When I put Pics on stick I can view them...Not movies...It just says jpb not found ...After your advise to read owners manual... I find nothing that implies movies can be played w/stick...Seems only pictures

That could mean that the port and TV will only support photos not video (such as a movie).
