| Thank you very much chef.... But there is no 8x media here in my country any more ![]() So, i guess, you're sugesting me to buy a brend new 111? I can have it for as low as 33€? |

| Thanks! I bought one this afternon wih a black front.Burn those MCC004 16x like a charm. I just had to take a few try with 8x, to see if quality of the recordings is better. I mostly burn my personal backups, (i'm designer & photographer, so i got a bunch of huge stuff) and those files are very important to me! I forgot to say... I was little sad when I remove my good old 107D. This new 111D looks almost like a toy comparing to old one. 107D is noticeably heavier and longer and had little fan on back side for cooling inside of a recorder... 107 was really nice burner, but now go to my girlfriends PC... |

| MCC004 ive burned 100's and 12x always seems to be the sweetspot, especially in my 108

| Yes, I tried few time to experiment with burning speed yesterday on MCC004 and find too that 12x is sweet spot. Now i don't regrets too much because I exchange 107 for 111. I mostly burn 4x on 107 and with verification and a catalogisation, Pioneer 111D is significant time saver! ![]() Thanks on your comments! |
